Sales Representative

We are a fast-growing company in the retail industry, looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Braga. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging with potential customers to promote our products and services. This is an urgent position, and we offer competitive salary of 1500$ with accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage with potential customers through various sales techniques
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with current and potential customers
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the retail industry
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Excellent selling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Must be fluent in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
