Floral Designer and Arranger


We are seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer and Arranger for our flower shop in Wiltz. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral designs based on client's preferences and event theme
- Source and purchase high-quality flowers, plants, and other materials needed for arrangements
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, vases, and other supplies
- Ensure that all orders are completed on time with attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their orders and providing expert advice on flower selection
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records of sales
- Keep the shop clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or Floral Designer preferred but not required
- Creativity, artistic vision, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, colors, and arrangement techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Physical stamina to work long hours standing and lifting heavy objects (up to 20lbs)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

This position is located in Wiltz.
