Floral Designer

We are in search of a talented Floral Designer to join our team in Wiltz. As a floral designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Designing and creating floral arrangements according to client preferences and budget
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Keeping up with current trends in the floral industry
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients by assisting them with flower selection and design options
- Managing daily operations of the flower shop, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking shelves
- Collaborating with the team to come up with new design ideas for seasonal events and holidays
- Delivering arrangements to clients and setting up displays for events when necessary

Requirements:

- Previous experience in floral design or a related field is preferred but not required
- Creativity and artistic ability are essential
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work with various tools
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
