Land Surveyor



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Sheduva, offering a competitive salary of 1600$. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing accurate reports and maps for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment and techniques
- Interact with clients to understand project requirements and ensure accuracy of survey results
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports, maps, and drawings
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure proper placement of structures on the land
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and standards related to land surveying
- Maintain accurate records of all survey data and documents

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Proficiency in using land surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, etc.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and methods
- Ability to interpret blueprints, maps, and other technical documents
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Experience working in the construction industry or on large-scale projects
- Familiarity with CAD software for drafting purposes
