We are hiring a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Atlanta. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing and applying plaster finishes to interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. You will also be required to repair and maintain existing plaster surfaces. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in plastering, possess excellent hand-eye coordination, and have the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Accommodation will not be provided. Foreigners are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing them
- Measure and mix ingredients to create plaster compound
- Apply plaster using trowels, brushes or spray guns
- Smooth out imperfections in the plaster surface
- Repair damaged or cracked plaster surfaces
- Coordinate with other construction workers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Plasterer
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their properties
- Understanding of safety precautions related to construction work
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
