Commercial Architect
We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative designs that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent design skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport and be fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- Review building materials and make recommendations based on quality, cost, and sustainability
- Work closely with contractors to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other relevant standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary: $1200 per month
Location: Los Angeles
Preference: Indian nationals preferred
