Facade Specialist



As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings in Mauren. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the facade meets all safety, aesthetic, and functional requirements.

Your main duties will include conducting site inspections, creating detailed drawings and plans for facades, selecting appropriate materials and finishes, overseeing construction activities, and conducting quality control checks. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets and timelines.

To excel in this role, you must have a degree in architecture or civil engineering with a specialization in facades. Experience in facade design and construction is also required. Knowledge of building codes and regulations is essential.

You must possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders involved in the project. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are also crucial for this role.

This position requires physical agility as it involves working at heights and on scaffolding. You must also have good time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
