We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Isa Town. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications and blueprints. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, without accommodation, and with visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and other technical documents to determine welding requirements
- Set up and operate welding equipment, such as MIG, TIG, or arc welders
- Weld components in flat, vertical or overhead positions
- Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality control
- Maintain clean work area and ensure all safety guidelines are followed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a welder in a professional setting
- Proficient in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and arc welding
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in welding from an accredited institution
- Previous experience working with metal fabrication tools such as grinders, saws, and drills
