Experienced Crane Operator

We are in need of an experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Nairobi. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites. You must have prior experience operating cranes and possess a valid crane operator license. This position is open to Indian nationals who are willing to work in Nairobi without the need for English language skills. Accommodation, visa, and ticket will be provided by the company. The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes such as tower, mobile, and crawler cranes according to safety guidelines
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or defects
- Lift and move materials using the crane's controls
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio equipment
- Ensure that materials are securely attached to the crane before lifting
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust crane operation accordingly
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane
- Keep records of all lifts performed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator
- Valid crane operator license/certification
- Proficient in operating different types of cranes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to crane operation
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
- Indian nationality with no English language requirement
