Blast Furnace Operator


Position: Blast Furnace Operator
Location: Zagreb, Croatia (open to Canadian and English-speaking candidates)

Our company is a leading steel production company in need of a skilled Blast Furnace Operator to join our team in Zagreb. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the blast furnace according to safety protocols and production schedules
- Monitor and control furnace temperature, gas flow, and chemical reactions
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues
- Coordinate with other workers to ensure efficient production process
- Keep accurate records of production data and report any abnormalities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Blast Furnace Operator in a steel production facility
- Strong understanding of furnace operations, safety procedures, and maintenance techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Physically fit and able to work in a hot environment for extended periods of time

This is an urgent position, so candidates with valid visa sponsorship will be given preference. We offer part-time training opportunities for non-experienced candidates who are willing to learn.
