Fitter Technician

We are in need of a skilled Fitter Technician to join our team in Acre. As a Fitter Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment. This includes reading and interpreting blueprints, using hand and power tools, and performing routine maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a contract job with the possibility of visa sponsorship for the right candidate. Students with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. Salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine assembly instructions
- Use hand and power tools to assemble mechanical systems and equipment
- Install new equipment or replace faulty parts as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools effectively
- Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own basic set of tools
