Baker - Malayalee Cuisine


We are seeking a talented Baker with experience in preparing traditional Malayalee dishes to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of delicious Malayalee pastries, breads, and other specialty items. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Malayalee cuisine and a strong understanding of its unique flavors and techniques. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of traditional Malayalee dishes, including pastries, breads, and other specialty items
- Ensure all products are made to company standards and meet quality control guidelines
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to maintain stock levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items
- Keep work area clean and organized according to food safety standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker, preferably in a Malayalee cuisine setting
- Knowledge of traditional Malayalee ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US

Salary: $1100 per week (negotiable based on experience)

City: Las Vegas (relocation assistance may be available for out-of-state candidates)
