Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Mauren. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and budgeting all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Manage project finances including cost control measures
- Report project status updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and use relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience working on large-scale projects
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
