Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in the city of Mauren. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, preferably in the Nepali or foreign market. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Hire and supervise subcontractors and construction workers
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, etc.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and solve problems effectively
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred but not required)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, etc.
- Experience managing budgets and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Mauren (must be willing to relocate if not currently living in Mauren)
