Hotel Sales Manager (Porto)
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel in Porto. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them. Your goal will be to drive sales and generate new business opportunities for the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach sales targets
- Identify potential clients and maintain strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions regarding pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to driving sales
- Represent the hotel at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or marketing within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors in the Porto area
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$. Accommodation is not provided by the company. Applicants must have their own visa to work in Porto.
