Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Hotel Sales Manager in Porto. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through developing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting the hotel's services and facilities, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to generate new business opportunities
- Identify key market segments and devise strategies to reach target customers
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of sales activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management
- Participate in trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's services
- Handle inquiries from clients regarding rates, availability, and other hotel services
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure profitable business deals for the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel sales or related field is a plus
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
