We are seeking a skilled Puncher to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently punching holes in various materials according to specific measurements and designs. Your duties will include setting up and operating punch presses, inspecting finished products for quality assurance, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

To excel in this role, you must have strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with precision tools. Previous experience as a Puncher or in a similar role is preferred. This is a contract position with accommodation provided. Salary starts at $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up punch presses according to job specifications
- Operate punch presses to accurately create holes in materials
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Perform routine maintenance on punch press equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Puncher or similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design specifications
- Familiarity with precision tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred:
- Certification or training in metalworking or related field
- Experience working with various materials such as metal, plastic, or leather
