Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design to completion. You will lead a team of architects and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your role will involve developing project plans, budgets, and timelines, as well as monitoring progress and addressing any issues that may arise. You must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of architectural principles and building codes. This is a contract job based in Lisbon, with a salary of 1500$ per month. Accommodation is not provided and candidates must have their own visa. This is an urgent role that requires immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with architectural principles and building codes
- Manage project budget and report on any deviations or cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards for all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials, methods, etc.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
