Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and engineers, ensuring their work meets industry standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the design and construction process for multiple projects
- Manage a team of architects and engineers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Review project designs to ensure they meet industry standards and client requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends to inform project design decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of building regulations, codes, and standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency preferred)

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Lisbon (accommodation provided if needed)
