A luxury hotel in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious pastries, cakes, and desserts for our restaurant and banquets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to the hotel's standards and recipes
- Decorate pastries using different techniques to enhance their presentation
- Ensure all products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's quality standards
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry kitchen area
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs, ensuring they adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures
- Develop new pastry recipes to keep up with current trends and customer preferences
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of pastry production techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation standards
- Creative flair with the ability to develop unique pastry recipes that exceed customer expectations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage junior staff effectively
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications:
- Formal culinary training from an accredited institution is preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef.
- Fluent in Malayalam preferred.

Salary: 1400$ per month. This is a full-time position with benefits including medical insurance, paid time off, accommodation, transportation, and visa sponsorship.
