Sales Executive (Malayalee/Filipino)

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Ufa. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to potential customers. This role requires excellent communication skills in Malayalam or Filipino, as well as fluency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients
- Reach out to customer leads through outbound calls and emails
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (experience in Ufa preferred)
- Proficient in Malayalam or Filipino language, with good command of English
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Own visa (if required) and ability to work legally in Ufa
- Availability for part-time positions (full-time may also be available)
