Office Assistant in Beer-Sheva, Israel
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Data entry and filing of documents
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Support other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hebrew is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary are a plus
Salary: $900 per month
Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel
Preference: Indian candidates with previous experience preferred.
