Job Title: Merchandiser (Indian) - Balzers, Liechtenstein


A reputable retail company in Balzers, Liechtenstein is seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans that align with the company's overall marketing strategy
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for product placement and promotions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of merchandising strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are being met
- Train and supervise store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform future merchandising decisions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis purposes
- Biometric passport is required for international travel
