Night Auditor - Doha, Qatar (Pakistani Nationals)



We are hiring a Night Auditor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the overnight operations of the hotel, including checking guests in and out, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and reconciling daily transactions. You must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of hotel operations and computer systems

Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Process payments and reconcile daily transactions accurately
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently
- Conduct audits of daily transactions to ensure accuracy
- Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy rates, revenue, etc.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Salary: 1700$ per month.
