We are in search of an experienced and skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in Split, Croatia. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring a high-quality finish on industrial equipment and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint with spray guns or brushes according to specific instructions
- Ensure proper coverage and thickness of paint for a smooth finish
- Inspect finished work for any imperfections and make necessary touch-ups
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations when handling paints and chemicals
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specific instructions
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to work in various positions for extended periods
- Familiarity with safety procedures when handling paints and chemicals

Salary: 1500$ per month
