Office Manager - Mombasa, Kenya
We are a reputable company in Mombasa, Kenya seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager. As the Office Manager, your role will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and overseeing the work of other office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing meetings
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Hire, train, supervise and evaluate office staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
