Warehouse Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. You will also be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff and maintaining inventory levels.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures
- Manage a team of warehouse staff and provide training as needed
- Ensure accuracy of inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
- Monitor productivity and efficiency of warehouse operations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment in the warehouse
- Prepare reports on warehouse activities and performance for management

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience with inventory management software preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
