Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a skilled Computer Support Specialist to provide technical support for our company's computer systems, software, and hardware. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining and upgrading systems, and providing training to end users.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users on computer systems, software, and hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks such as updates and backups
- Identify and recommend upgrades or improvements to ensure efficient system performance
- Assist with the selection and purchase of new technology equipment
- Train end users on new software or hardware as needed
- Maintain inventory of computer equipment and supplies
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, and networking
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Vianden, Luxembourg (accommodation provided if needed)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience required
