Responsibilities:
- Install and configure radio equipment according to client needs
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on radio equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with radio equipment
- Keep accurate records of all work performed
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide technical support

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radio Technician
- Knowledge of various types of radio equipment
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Indian clients or in an English-speaking environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Availability for on-call duties
