We are hiring a Project Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute project tasks
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project
- Ensure project documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus

Salary: 1600$ per month
