Waiter/Waitress


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Shan, India. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. This is a contract job with a monthly salary of 1400$, without accommodation. We also offer visa sponsorship for non-Indian candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers upon their arrival
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before seating guests
- Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Process payments using POS system accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work station

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant setting preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
