Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries and providing them with the necessary information and guidance to ensure their satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via email, chat or phone in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist clients with any issues or concerns they may have
- Maintain records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Continuously improve customer service processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Proficient in using online communication tools (email, chat)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience working remotely is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours
