Online Consultant - Multan

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Multan. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through online communication channels, such as emails, chats, and video calls. You will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking information or assistance with our products or services.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Provide expert knowledge and advice on our products/services to clients
- Handle inquiries and complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all client needs are met efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends and company products/services to provide the best possible service to clients

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or consulting role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using online communication tools (e.g. email, chat, video call)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Valid visa sponsorship for working in Multan is preferred

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Multan, Pakistan. However, we also welcome remote candidates who can work during Pakistan business hours.
