Part-Time Office Assistant in Porto, Portugal
We are searching for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare documents and reports as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one if not already possessed
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. We are looking for someone who is available to work 20 hours per week, but the schedule can be flexible.
