We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and driving business growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify new opportunities and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the Nepali market. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues. While prior experience in a similar role is preferred, we are open to candidates without experience who are eager to learn and grow.

In addition to a competitive salary of 1500$, we also offer accommodation for our employees. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of successful sales experience
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Nepali language is an advantage
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Experience in market research preferred but not required
