Carpenter for Construction Company in Mecca, Saudi Arabia


A reputable construction company in Mecca, Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. You will also be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and ensuring the safety and quality of all finished work.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to the blueprints
- Cut materials using hand or power tools such as saws, chisels, or planes
- Assemble and fasten materials together using nails, screws, or adhesives
- Install structures or fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings etc.
- Repair existing structures or fixtures by replacing damaged parts or sections
- Ensure all finished work meets quality standards and is safe for use
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with at least 2 years of working experience in the construction industry
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods as well as basic math skills
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow instructions precisely
- Proficient in using hand tools (e.g. saws) and power tools (e.g. drills)
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, climbing ladders or lifting heavy materials
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary

Salary: 1300$ per month
