Restaurant Manager - Washington, USA



As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits. You will need to have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with both staff and customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure quality food is served in a timely manner
- Create and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and make necessary adjustments to improve profitability

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the restaurant.
