We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Washington. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This is a temporary position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget
- Hire, train, and schedule staff according to business needs
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items and specials
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a restaurant manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality or business management preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine, culture, and dining customs
- Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and inventory management
