Instrument Technician
Our company in Hawalli is seeking a qualified Instrument Technician to join our team. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial processes. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and conducting regular inspections to ensure proper functioning. The ideal candidate should have experience working with instruments such as meters, gauges, and controllers, as well as knowledge of electrical systems and circuitry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of instruments and identify any issues or malfunctions
- Repair or replace faulty components to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot technical problems using appropriate tools and techniques
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex issues
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working with electrical equipment
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in instrument technology
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of electrical systems and circuitry
- Familiarity with different types of instruments such as meters, gauges, and controllers
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented with good record keeping abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to work in various environments
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
Location:
This job is located in Hawalli, Kuwait.
Preference:
Preference will be given to Indian candidates who do not require English proficiency or prior experience, but have their own visa and are willing to relocate. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
