Online Consultant

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Herzliya. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through various online channels such as emails, live chats, and social media platforms. You will be communicating with both local and international clients, including Kenyans and foreigners who are interested in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with their orders, payments, and refunds
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to our website or online platforms
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience
- Monitor social media channels for any customer feedback or inquiries
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry
- Fluent in English (additional languages like Swahili or French is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
