IT Support Technician

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Set up user accounts and permissions on networks
- Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use computer systems effectively
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware components, networking protocols, and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Contract details:
