Smelter Operator

As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment used in the extraction and refining of metals. Your duties will include maintaining proper temperature, pressure, and flow levels, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and ensuring the proper handling of materials. You must have experience in a similar role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position that requires an English-speaking individual with excellent attention to detail. Accommodation is not provided, so preference will be given to local candidates or those willing to relocate to Split. This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of $1000 per month.

As a Smelter Operator, your main responsibilities will include monitoring the smelting process to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes checking temperature and pressure levels, adjusting controls as needed, and performing routine maintenance on equipment. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the smelting process and making necessary adjustments to prevent delays or shutdowns.

In addition to operating the smelting equipment, you will also be responsible for handling materials used in the extraction and refining process. This includes loading materials into the furnace, monitoring their progress, and removing them once they have been properly processed.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as a Smelter Operator or in a similar position within the metal industry. You must also have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to effectively troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions that may occur.

This is a full-time position with regular working hours of 40 hours per week. The ability to communicate effectively in English is required for this role as well as good physical stamina.
