Industrial Architect

Our architecture firm is seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Ufa, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both architecture and engineering, with a focus on industrial projects. We are looking for someone who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and has excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project goals and requirements
- Create detailed design plans and blueprints for industrial buildings
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure the structural integrity of the building
- Oversee construction to ensure it adheres to design plans and meets safety standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in industrial architecture
- Collaborate with team members on various projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience working on industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1400$ (negotiable based on experience)
