We are searching for a talented and detail-oriented Commercial Architect to join our team in Akron. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures.

Your main duties will include creating detailed drawings and blueprints, conducting site visits to assess project feasibility, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, and ensuring that all designs comply with building codes and regulations. You will also be involved in budget management and project timelines.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong technical skills in architectural design and construction, as well as have a keen eye for detail. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
