Radio Technician
As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment and systems. You will work with various types of radios, including two-way radios, satellite radios, and broadcast radios. Your duties may include troubleshooting technical issues, performing regular maintenance checks, and upgrading or replacing parts as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of radio technology and be able to work independently. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Install new radio equipment according to specifications
- Perform regular maintenance checks on existing systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Upgrade or replace parts as needed
- Keep detailed records of all work performed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in radio technology preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with radio equipment
- Strong understanding of radio technology and components
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: $1600 per month
Location: Shan (or other suitable city)
