IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced and highly-skilled IT Manager to join our dynamic company in Khanpur. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's technology infrastructure
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and security
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of information systems
- Oversee the maintenance, upgrading, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technological needs and provide solutions
- Monitor network performance to ensure optimal performance
- Manage IT budget and expenses
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Ensure data security measures are in place and regularly updated

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT management role or similar position
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and cybersecurity protocols
- Experience with project management principles and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Ability to lead a team effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech individuals
- Familiarity with budget management
- Experience in developing IT policies and procedures
