We are in search of a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team at our bakery in Al-Rayyan. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for baking and wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes accurately and ensure high quality standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Train new staff members on baking techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker is preferred but not required
- Must have a strong passion for baking and creating delicious treats
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Attention to detail to ensure high quality standards are met
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if needed
