Junior Architectural Technologist


We are hiring a Junior Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Izhevsk. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architectural technologists with design and construction projects
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and take measurements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project accuracy and efficiency
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in design plans
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
- Attend client meetings and present project updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architectural technology or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in architectural technology or a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Izhevsk
- Must have a valid visa for working in Russia

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with opportunities for growth and development within the company. We also provide assistance with obtaining a visa and relocation expenses.
