Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes according to safe and efficient procedures
- Perform daily inspections and maintenance on crane equipment
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation of crane movements
- Follow lifting plans and rigging procedures for safe lifting of materials
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator
- Valid Crane Operator certification/license from a recognized institution
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
