Part-time Construction Manager

Our construction company in Porto is seeking a part-time Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. This role will require strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and ensure projects are completed within budget
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop project plans
- Hire and supervise subcontractors as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a relevant field preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes/regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Portuguese language proficiency preferred but not required

Salary: $1000 per month (based on 20 hours per week)
